Approved professional profiles and portfolio photos are public. Booking conversations and records are visible only to their participants and Sherry’s administrators. Direct professional contact details stay private until a verified deposit or an approved exception.

Website support chats are private to the visitor’s current browser session and Sherry’s administrators. Messages are stored to handle the conversation. Clearing cookies or signing out can end visitor access; ask Sherry about correction or removal. Availability describes a recent admin presence signal, not a guaranteed reply time.

Guest enquiry details are private to Sherry’s administrators and used to respond to that enquiry. Enquiring does not subscribe you to promotional messages. We keep campaign source labels in your session and aggregate daily visits, enquiries, signups and booking-request counts to understand which channels help customers. These counts do not identify individual visitors and may include bots. Our existing abuse-prevention records use hashed network-address keys.

We use a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. A first-party referral cookie lasts up to 30 days to attribute signups and enquiries to a promoter or channel.
